Bove Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Bove is a single-origin extra virgin olive oil from a family-owned Tuscan farm from Lucca, Italy. 

A gentle peppery finish is a hallmark of high polyphenol content in quality EVOO. You can expect predominant sweetness with underlying nuances of spiciness.

EVOO has a moderate-to-high smoke point and high oxidative stability due to its antioxidants which retains nutrients better than most seed oils during cooking.

Single-estate EVOO is difficult to find - traceable to one farm or mill — only sold in specialty shops or direct from producer.
